DECIDUOUS TREE PROGRAMS
1) Dormant Oil is sprayed before trees leaf out in the Spring. This product smothers disease spores and insect eggs laid during the end of the previous season.
2) Rescue Treatment I is a service to reduce the population of a current-ongoing insect infestation.
3) Rescue Treatment II is a two-application approach to rid your trees of insects currently causing damage.
4) Broadleaf IPM Program is our trademark preventive approach to tree care. This program guarantees season-long control of insects. Three applications are required. Insecticides, miticides, fungicides and micro-nutrients will be applied to your trees throughout the spring and summer.
5) Broadleaf Deep Root Feeding has been shown by University studies to greatly increase the growth rate by supplying all the major nutrients the tree will need for healthy and accelerated growth.
6) Broadleaf Health Care Program combines the Broad/eat IPM Program with the Deep Root Feeding. This is undoubtedly the most advanced tree health care program found anywhere. If you love your trees, this is the program for you.
7) Insect Systemic Injection is a highly sophisticated method of treating the hardest to control insects and a system in which the product is delivered with the least amount of public exposure. Our on staff Professional Forester developed this treatment.
8) Disease Systemic Injection is a micro-injection of very concentrated medicine in the treatment of trees with internal vascular diseases. Green Turf is one of the only companies in the state with a Professional Forester on staff qualified to diagnose tree diseases, prescribe a treatment and then follow-up later. This treatment is normally a 2-3 year process and is most effective in the control of Cytospora Canker in Spruce, Douglas-fir, Aspen, Willows and Cottonwood trees.
9) Nutrient Systemic Injection is the perfect application method where Deep Root Feeding is not an option due to parking lots, driveways or other obstructions over the root system. Trees suffering from construction damage to their root system respond well to this treatment.

11) Conifer Disease Spray is a preventive program for Spruce and Pine trees. Needles infected will otherwise die and falloff.
12) Conifer Micro-Feeding includes our trademark Evergreen foliage fertilizer to aid in proper needle growth and health. Witnessing accelerated growth each year is common.
13) Conifer IPM Program combines Spider mite control from item #12, disease prevention from item #13 and foliage feeding from item #14 all wrapped up into two applications.
14) Pine Needle Scale Control is a service that uses micro-injections or a spray or a combination of the two different approaches when situations warrant.
15) Anti-Transparent Spray is a product developed to prevent evergreens from losing moisture out through their needles when the ground is frozen and tree roots cannot obtain water.
16) Conifer Root Feeding has been shown by University studies to increase the growth rate by supplying all the nutrients it needs for proper growth. Our poor soils restrict proper growth but not allowing all the nutrients present to be available for growth. There is one application each season.
17) Conifer Winterizer Package combines anti-transparent in item #17 with the root feeding in item #18.
18) Disease Systemic Injection is a two-year treatment to cure the trees of a vascular disease like Cytospora Canker, Fire Blight, Cryptodiaporthe Canker, Verticillium Wilt, etc.
19) White Pine Weevil Control is a seasonal application to protect the top growth of your small to medium sized spruces and pines.
20) Mountain Pine Beetle Spraying is a seasonal application to prevent adult MPB from attacking your lodgepole, white or ponderosa pines. Several other species of Ips and bark beetles are controlled with this application. Spraying must be done before the adult flights. Contact our Staff Forester for consultation.
30) Mountain Pine Beetle Pheromone treatment is the most advanced process of preventing mountain pine beetles by repelling from attacking any trees in the area. This product is best used by discriminating landowners looking for an environmentally sound approach where spraying is prohibited. These areas include trees next to streams, lakes or in drainages.
